How Do We Care for Ourselves and the Outer World in this Political Climate?

Saturday, January 11, 2025, 10am – 4pm PST
Online Day of Mindfulness with Arinna Weisman

organized by Lotus Insight Sangha

The Dhamma is grounded in ending suffering and lays out a clear path to its ending. When we immerse ourselves in the practice of mindfulness, caring, and wisdom, we find an unlimited source of faith and clarity that supports healing, activism, leadership, equity and living increasingly in peace in our inner and outer world.

We will come together in this Zoom community to support each other in this inquiry and practice. All are welcome.

To register, please provide your name and email address. We will send a reminder and the Zoom link prior to the retreat. Click the button below to register.

LIS offers this retreat free of charge. At the end of the retreat, there will be an opportunity to offer dana to the teacher.

We look forward to your presence and practice!

A photo of art made by Arinna. Two fish are depicted on a tan background. The fish are forming a circle, with each fish's mouth at the other's tail. The top fish is blue with teal and green checkered scales, with blue and green stripes on its belly. It has deep blue fins and head. The bottom fish is red-orange and has diagonal diamond scales with a light orange dot at the center of each scale. Its head is orange and its bell and fins red.
